PDS

Don’t put your livelihood in the hands of your Local Dental Committee! The DPA can assist you in negotiating with your PCT on terms and conditions – or even negotiate on your behalf. A bargaining unit can be as large as a PCT or as small as a dental practice.

The DPA can also be involved by mutual consent at the consultation stage. Consultation is the process by which management and employees or their representatives jointly examine and discuss issues before making a decision.
