As a final resort you can listen to each episode individually by clicking on Listen Now. This should send the episode to your computer and start your media player.
Alternatively if you right click on Listen Now and choose Save Target As you can save the sound file to your computer and play it using any software that will play .mp3 files.

Troubleshooting
Can't see all the podcasts? This varies between software but in iTunes check you have 'Automatically update all Podcasts' and 'Update All Episodes' selected.
If you click on the Listen Now link and nothing happens, check that you have Windows Media Player installed and it is associated with .mp3 files. (Click Tools > Options > File Types then tick MP3 Audio File (mp3), or another media player capable of playing .mp3 files.
